About The Writers

Kiersten:
Kiersten is currently employed at a law firm in San Francisco doing assistance for the Marketing department. She graduated in 2011 from Willamette University, with a degree in Rhetoric and Media Studies. Rhetorically speaking, she likes to investigate the affects of visual rhetoric on storytelling, visual rhetoric here including everything from that picture on your frozen dinner to feature films and websites. She also likes to point out what she considers effective (and ineffective) political communication. Her key interests, more specifically and less academically, include: Harry Potter, gaming, pandas, social media and in occasional bursts, politics.
